This year’s internship has concluded.  Please contact us if you have any questions.

What you can expect for your summer:

This summer mission offers internships through Global Operations & Fund Capacity (OpsFC) Specialist tracks, providing training and hands-on projects that directly support and strengthen national ministries. The Internship in Global OpsFC (I-GO) takes place at the Campus Crusade for Christ office in Chiang Mai, Thailand, with opportunities in Finance, Technology, Conference & Event Planning, and Digital Strategies/Communications.

Interns will share a common summer mission experience while serving in their chosen track as their primary role. Evangelism and discipleship are woven throughout the program.

Our hope is that every participant will leave I-GO with:

  1. Strengthened operational skills and a vision to apply them in local ministry.

  2. A growing passion for evangelism, discipleship, and Christian community.

  3. A deeper understanding of the vital need for God-given professional skills in ministry.

Former participants share their experiences:

“The Lord showed me I can use my major for ministry. Pairing my skills with mission work changed how I see my studies—and now I’m interning with Cru!”

“On the I-GO communications team, I created websites to support small national ministries. It sharpened my cross-cultural communication skills and was both fulfilling and a true blessing.”

“God helped me see that ministry can happen through Operations. I discovered His will for my life in this space.”
